  • “Junjun” (a film by Derick Cabrido) – Junjun is according the child who haunts call center agents before, during, or after their duties. This episode now has more than 5.8 million views on YouTube. A lot of agents shared their stories about Junjun who goes with them in the sleeping quarters, to the restroom, or even in their cubicle.
