At Least 62 People Left Dead by Afghanistan Mosque Blast

AFGHANISTAN MOSQUE – A blast recently took place in a place of worship in Afghanistan and at least 62 people were left dead by it.

Every day, unfortunate incidents are happening in the different parts of the world and many lives are lost. Undeniably, most countries deal with these problems that have led to the loss of lives.

Recently, in Afghanistan, such incident occurred. A blast happened while a lot of people are inside a place of worship.

Based on a report on South China Morning Post, the blast took place inside an Afghanistan mosque in Nangarhar province. At least sixty two (62) people who were there for worship were left dead.

The incident happened after the United Nation expressed that the ill happenings in the country has reached the “unacceptable” state. The incident collapsed the roof of the mosque.

Aside from the 62 people left dead by the incident, there were 33 others who were injured as confirmed by Attaullah Khogyani. Based on the report, the official is the spokesman of the provincial governor.

The people are pointing to the Islamic State group over the incident. Sadly, this incident is not new to the country for several years now and it has yet to be curbed. We’ll keep you posted for updates.
