Also known as Panaad Festival or Pana-ad festival, it is a type of event that occurs every April in Negros Occidental. It is held at none other than the capital of the province the City of Smiles Bacolod City.

In etymology, Panaad is the Hiligaynon term for “vow” or “promise” and is derived from the root word “saad”. It is held in Panaad Park, home of the Panaad stadium.
