- Sit down on the floor with your legs extended forward and 5-10 cm apart
- Roll a towel or blanket and slide it under your knees
- Get a pillow and put it in on your legs
- Curve your spine and bend your upper body forward until your head touches the pillow
- Stay relaxed in this position for at least 5 minutes.
Stretch your glute muscles – Having glutes that are constricted can be one of the reasons for your back pain as they work every time you move. A good stretch could ease the tension.
