Traffic Enforcers Teaming Up Against A Tricycle Driver Caught On Camera
TRAFFIC ENFORCERS – Traffic enforcers teaming up against a tricycle driver in Dumaguete City was caught on camera.
According to GMA’s Balitambayan, the video showed the enforcers chasing a tricycle driver, identified as Ronald Faburada.
The Dumagete branch of the Traffic Management Office claimed that they warned Faburada after he declined carrying a passenger. Faburada allegedly went ahead instead of stopping until it came to a point that he allegedly used a tube to assault an officer.
In Faburada’s defense, he denied the claim that he assaulted an officer with a tube and he declined the passenger’s request on purpose because he had a stomachache.
As per the report, Faburada was arrested for indirect assault. The driver, however, further said that he decided to file a case to the officers who assaulted him.
