PAGASA – Thunderstorm To Bring Rains Over Philippines

PAGASA – Weather bureau PAGASA recently said that a low pressure area will spare the Philippines but rather localized thunderstorms.

The bureau further added that the localized thunderstorms will bring rain over wide areas of the country.

According to ABS-CBN, the bureau’s weather specialist Loriedin De La Cruz said the low pressure area (LPA) was last spotted at about 640 kilometers east of the town of Casiguran at 3 AM.

The brewing storm is less expectedly to intensify into a tropical storm. However , Metro Manila, as well as the rest of the country will face slightly cloudy to cloudy skies due to the localized thunderstorms which will occur in the afternoon.

As per the report, the bureau further warned the public to stay vigilant for flash floods or landslides.

Dela Cruz further added that for the temperature, Metro Manila will face a maximum 32 degrees Celsius, 29 degrees Celsius in both Cebu and Davao, 29 degrees Celsius in Tagaytay, and 22 degrees Celsius in Baguio City.
