One of the most heartbreaking scenarios that a lot of people witness is the grief in the eyes of the Barrameda family in 2009. It was after one of their member, Ruby, who was lost in 2007 was found dead.
It was in 2007 when Ruby left their house to go to the house of her husband, Manuel Jimenez III, to visit their children. Since then, the sister of actress Rochelle Barrameda was never seen.
In June 2009, the dead body of Ruby Rose Barrameda was found inside a drum with cement in Navotas. The suspects include the husband and father-in-law of the victim. Cases were filed against them.
A certain Manuel Montero appeared and testified that Manuel Jimenez III and Manuel Jimenez Jr. were behind the death of Ruby Rose. Montero is one of those who threw the drum in Navotas.
Recently, an update regarding the death case of Ruby Rose Barrameda crossed the surface. Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, two(2) charges against the suspects were junked by the Court.
The Barrameda family is greatly disappointed over the decision of the Court. Their camp stressed that the Office of the President, Court of Appeals, Supreme Court, and the Department of Justice themselves said that there is a basis to charge Manuel III.
The family of Ruby Rose has filed an appeal regarding her death case. According to Rochelle, they can feel that something wrong is happening. The father of the victim is calling out to Montero to help them get justice for Ruby Rose.
