FORBES LIST – Here is the list of Top 10 personalities according to Forbes considered as the richest in the Philippines along with their whopping net worth.

A new generation of tycoons were born as per the 2019 list of the richest personalities in the Philippines. It was all in all a dramatic reshuffle considering that five of the long-time personalities in that list have passed away.

The Sy siblings aced the list for the very first time year. They replaced their late father Henry Sy on the top spot with a combined net worth of US$17.2 billion which stemmed from SM, the largest conglomerate in the country. The top position, for 11 consecutive years was on the hold of their late father.

GT Capital successors, the Ty siblings – Arthur, Alfred, Alesandra and Anjanette – landed on the 9th place having a combined net worth of $2.6 billion stemming from autos, banking, insurance, power generation and real estate. The Campos siblings — Jocelyn, Joselito and Jeffrey — were also among the new names on the list replacing Beatrice Campos, their mother with a combined net worth of $650 million which is from the country’s pharmaceutical giant Unilab. They landed on the 23rd of the listing.

  3. John Gokongwei, Jr. – $5.3 billion (approximately Php 276,503,650,000.00)
  4. Enrique Razon, Jr. – $5.1 billion (approximately Php 266,069,550,000.00)
  5. Jaime Zobel de Ayala – $3.7 billion (approximately Php 193,030,850,000.00)
  6. Lucio Tan – $3.6 billion (approximately Php 187,813,800,000.00)
  7. Tony Tan Caktiong – $3 billion (approximately Php 156,511,500,000.00)
  8. Ramon Ang – $2.8 billion (approximately Php 146,077,400,000.00)
  9. Ty siblings – $2.6 billion (approximately Php 135,643,300,000.00)
  10. Andrew Tan – $2.55 billion (approximately Php 133,034,775,000.00)
