ZAMBOANGA TEACHER – A Zamboanga teacher went viral on social media for bringing these as motivation for his students in an examination.

One school moment that we feel less motivated is exam week, or exam days, which usually occurs at the end of the week or end of weekdays.

Students study a pile of lessons in preparation of exams but these alone are already tiring to begin with.

And on the exam day, there are those who would feel spaced out due to the tiresome cramming and studying the lessons.

So what can teachers do in order to motivate their students to finish their examination?

One particular teacher approached this issue by bringing something that will motivate his students.

A teacher in Zamboanga City named Arnulfo Burlas, Jr., also known as “Ser Jun” posted a series of photos on Facebook with the caption “How to motivate your students during exam? 😁😅”.

In the photos, it is shown that he brought pizza and soda floats (also known as Coke floats) as a way to motivate his students in an exam.

This caught the attention of several netizens and eventually ABS-CBN, who made an interview with Sir Jun.

In their report, Sir Jun is recently a Grade 7 instructor in a private school in Zamboanga. He is also an arnis coach.

Sir Jun said that the food and drinks served as a motivation for his students, especially when one of them is having a birthday celebration that time.

As per the report, he further added that as a teacher, he must show that he cares for his students’ well-being and value the sacrifices they made in order to learn in school.
