Maymay Entrata Gifts A Home To Japan-based Mom Lorna
MAYMAY ENTRATA – ABS-CBN actress, recording-artist and model Maymay Entrata gifts her mother Lorna a house in Japan.
Filipina actress and model Maymay Entrata rose to fame after winning the ABS-CBN’s reality tv show Pinoy Big Brother (PBB). She was featured on several hit films and tv series such as “Hello, Love, Goodbye,” “Fantastica,” and “La Luna Sangre” among others.
The 22-year-old celebrity has certainly come a long way after joining PBB. In fact, she also enters the world of vlogging. Her “Happy Maymay” Youtube Channel has garnered 298K subscribers as of this writing.
Behind the glitz and gamour, Maymay Entrata’s life has changed as well because of her endorsement projects and modeling stint. She also changed the life of her family in Cagayan de Oro and her Japan-based mom, Lorna.
Maymay and her love team partner Edward Barber recently guested on the Kapamilya morning show “Magangdang Buhay” hosted by Karla Estrada, Jolina Magdangal, and Melai Cantiveros. They young celebrity said her mom cried after seeing the house she and her older brother bought for her.
“Noong nakita niya ‘yung bahay, naiyak siya, kasi 28 years na siya doon sa Japan tapos nagre-rent pa rin sila,” said Maymay.
Maymay Entrata explained her mom felt emotional. She said her mom was just happy because she was finally freed from the expensive rent. Her sibling was also happy for their mom.
“Ang mahal po kasi ng renta doon, so ngayon naiyak siya kasi may sariling bahay na siya, at hindi niya akalain na magkakabahay pa siya. Tapos, masaya rin ‘yung kapatid ko na bunso,” said the young actress.
On the latter part of the video, the Kapamilya actress also shared that she’s currently building a house in Camiguin for her family and bought a tricycle for her cousin.
