Gardenia Makes A Statement Regarding Viral Tampering Video
GARDENIA – Garedenia Philippines had made a statement following the video of the product tampering by a personnel went viral.
According to the statement, the popular bakery brand said that they have launched an investigation. They also added that necessary measures will be made so no similar incident would occur in the future.
In the statement, they emphasized that the quality and safety of their products, as well as the welfare of their consumers are their top priority. Afterwards they added that they are “doing their best to give out the best quality products and services, nonetheless”.
After the statement, Gardenia received understanding comments from Facebook users regarding the video.
While we are very disgusted with these acts, and we are definitely with you in improving your packaging, logistics, safety of consumers, etc.to gain our trust again. Please be mindful also that these men are just hungry and trying to feed their families. Please at least try to give them reasonable punishment that will not cost them their livelihood.
