POSITIVE THINKING HACKS – Here are some positive thinking hacks that will surely destroy all the negativity that you have in your mind.

On average according to the National Science Foundation, a single person has 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts per day where 80% are negative and 95% are repetitive thoughts. And Mahatma Gandhi once said, “A man is but the product of his thoughts. What he thinks, he becomes.”

Also, a positive thinking has a lot of positive effects which is why we should kill all the negativities in mind and not divulge too much about it. A positive thinking leads to a positive life and working with a positive mind reap positive results.

And here are some hacks to attain this kind of thinking:

  1. Never forget all the things that you have now and be thankful and grateful about it. You can also practice writing down the things which you are grateful for first thing in the morning. This is a great thing to do to positively start your day.
  2. Make it a habit to say “Thank You” especially to those who have lifted you up and brighten up your mood. It doesn’t matter who they are. Send them a note of your “Thank You”, this way, you are not just being positive but also spreading positivity from High Performance Lifestyle.
  3. Every day, make it a must to exercise even just for 20 minutes. This doesn’t mean of going to gym and hit up that treadmill. Just walk around your house or your office for physical movement makes the body release endorphins in your brain.
  4. Smile often. Smiling is the curve line that could make everything straight. To be happy and spread happiness, smiling is the simplest and yet the most effective.
