#WalangPasok: Classes Suspended In These Areas Today September 9

LIST: Classes Suspended in These Areas Today (September 9)

CLASSES SUSPENDED – Several local government units and schools declared a class suspension today, September 9.

Aside from the national celebrations, another usual reason why class suspensions are announced is the bad weather condition. Schools and local government units monitor updates from the Philippine Atmosphere Geophysical and Astronaut Services Administration (PAGASA) for this.

Also, the public is advised to monitor the weather releases from PAGASA for everyone’s safety. LGUs and schools cancel classes as a bad weather may put the children at risk.

Getting wet under a heavy rain may expose the students to a lot of diseases and the road is undeniably riskier during the bad weather. For today, September 9, several LGUs and schools have suspended classes because of the bad weather condition brought by southwest monsoon.

Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, there are schools and LGUs that have declared a class suspension in specific levels while others’ announcements cover all levels. Here is a list of the areas where class suspension was declared today:
