Mobile Legends Heroes Used As Character Names In Ipaglaban Mo Episode
IPAGLABAN MO – A popular ABS-CBN tv-series dramatizing real life court cases, paid homage to Mobile Legends, using their heroes as names for the show’s characters.
Mobile Legends is a Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA) for mobile devices. Fans of the game had noticed a particular trend in Ipaglaban Mo’s recent episode.
Throughout the episode, it turned out that the characters in the story were named after Mobile Legends Heroes. The episode starred Kisses Delavin and Rita Avilla.
Ipaglaban Mo used the hashtag #IMdesperada in that episode. Through that hashtag, they received tons of interactions from fans of both the game and the show on twitter.
Kisses’ character was named Miya and Rita’s was Layla. Cris Villanueva’s role played the father which was named Harley.
Harley adopted two children named Freya and Aldous. In Mobile Legends, Harley is known as the “Mage Genius” and Layla is the Malefic Gunner, who can target enemies from a far distance.
The Family’s driver ended up as the third party between the relationship of Harley and Layla. The driver played by Christopher Roxas was named Franco.
Freya is known as the “War Angel” while Aldous in known as “The Contractor”. According to the shows Facebook page, Miya is described as the daughter of Layla, who studies hard to giveback to her mother.
Layla is described as a single mom who is willing to do everything to make the dreams of her children come true. She was also left by the man she was married to.
Cris Villanueva’s Harley was the husband of Layla. He abandoned his own wife and kids.
