John Lloyd Cruz will not attend the ABS-CBN Ball 2019
A-list actor John Lloyd Cruz reportedly turned down or rejected the invitation to attend the ABS-CBN Ball 2019.
Lloydie spent his entire career under the management of Star Magic, the artist center of the Kapamilya network. Since his younger years, he already did countless shows and projects in ABS-CBN. That is the reason why many were surprised when, out of the blue, he took his indefinite leave of absence.
Now, there are speculations that he is coming back to show business after more than two years of hiatus. This brought excitement to the fans who have been waiting for his return especially that he already did a TV advertisement for Turks.
However, John Lloyd Cruz turned down the invitation from his mother network. The ABS-CBN Ball has become the annual gathering of all the stars of the network. This is formerly known as the Star Magic Ball. Showbiz enthusiasts have been anticipating this event. On the other hand, it appears that Lloydie is not so enthusiastic to attend the ball.
Based on the article from Pang-Masa, the actor once again rejected the invitation for the ball. It can be recalled that this is the same thing that he did last year. According to the source close to John Lloyd, he immediately sent his regret. However, the reason for his rejection was not revealed.
