Recently, another movie left great marks in the Philippine film industry. The said movie is Hello, Love, Goodbye top-billed by Alden Richards and Kathryn Bernardo. It was directed by Direk Cathy Garcia-Molina.
Hello, Love, Goodbye sparked the curiosity of many people as it was the first time of Alden and Kathryn to work together on screen. They are from rival networks – he’s a GMA-7 actor while she’s an actress under ABS-CBN.
Visibly, Hello, Love, Goodbye received a warm welcome from the people. Many were impressed by how Alden Richards and Kathryn Bernardo portrayed their roles. Their on-cam chemistry is undeniable.
However, amid the success of the movie, there are negative rumors about Alden and Kathryn. The Kapuso actor has a simple and straight answer to the allegations.
Based on a report on Pep, a reporter asked Alden Richards about the rumors that Kathryn Bernardo keeps on calling him. Here’s what the Kapuso actor said to rumors linking him to his leading lady in the movie:
“‘Yan po ang hindi totoo. Parang nabasa ko po ‘yan…” he said.
According to Alden, it was his matching outfit with Kathryn in an event that was given a negative meaning. He stressed that it was all by chance and they did not plan about it.
Based on the report, amid the rumors linking him to Kathryn Bernardo, Alden Richards stressed his respect for her and Daniel Padilla. The latter is the loveteam partner and real-life boyfriend of the actress.
“I respect Kathryn and Daniel, and kung anumang meron silang dalawa,” he said.
Alden is requesting the public not to give other meanings between him and Kathryn. He has previously shared that he and Daniel have already met in person and that the Kapamilya star is really a kind person. He even thanked him for taking care of Kathryn.
