HARRY POTTER FACTS – Here are some amazing scenes from the Harry Potter novel series but were not included in its movie adaptations.
One of the most successful book series is Harry Potter written by J.K. Rowling which hooked a lot of bookworms and moviegoers as well. Of course, who wouldn’t have known the child who survived the spell Avada Kedavra and defeated the most powerful wizard of Hogwarts, right?
The titular role is played by the Hollywood actor Daniel Radcliffe with Emma Watson as Hermione Granger and Rupert Grint as Ron Weasley. It was remarkable and magical but not until these scenes from books which were apparently not included in the movie adaptations of the book series.
Here are some of it below:
- Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot, and Prongs did not made it all together in the big screen to show the history of the Marauder’s Map which they all made together as well.
- Harry Potter already making magic at an early age such as instantly growing back his Aunt Petunia’s hair, made his teacher’s wig color blue accidentally, and shrinking Dudley’s sweater.
- Harry Potter won the Triwizard Tournament but they lost one life – Cedric Diggory. And after winning, he secretly gave his prize to the twins George and Fred Weasley which funded their Wizard Wheezes. Harry already had enough money from his parents.
- The movie didn’t showed much about Rita Skeeter and her being an unregistered Animagus. She can turn to a bee which significantly helped her in her write-ups.
- Radcliffe’s eyes are blue but Harry’s are green and the actor cannot compromise his eyes as he has allergy to wearing contact lens. Thus, in the movie, he got blue eyes and the green-eyed wizard wasn’t pushed through.
- Molly’s Boggart wasn’t shown. In the books, it was stated their that her greatest fear is her family dying. This was indicated when she tried to fight a Boggart and it instantly transformed into her greatest fear – her family’s death.
- Cho Chang was not the one who reported their secret group to Professor Umbridge. It was someone named Marietta.
- The prophecy about the one who could defeat Voldemort fits both on Harry Potter and Neville Longbottom. And moviegoers surely missed that Neville can possibly be the “Chosen One” or also known as “The Boy Who Lived” as per Buzz Feed.
- It was Kreacher who led the house elves to join the Battle of Hogwarts.
