PAGASA – Philippines To Expect Rain From Two Weather Systems

PAGASA – PAGASA recently announced on Wednesday (July 31) that the Philippines will expect rain brought by two wearther systems.

According to Inquirer, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) announced that two weather systems will bring rain in most areas of the country.

A southwest monsoon that is currently affecting the western part of Luzon is being strengthened by a tropical depression that is located outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

Latest Weather Updates

The following areas will have cloudy skies with scattered rains:

  • Pangasinan
  • Zambales
  • Bataan

As per the report, meanwhile, another channel of a low pressure area (LPA) which is located at the eastern area of Philippines will carry cloudy skies added with scattered rains and thunderstorms over the following areas:

  • Eastern Visayas
  • Caraga
  • Davao Region.

Meanwhile, the weather agency further said that Metro Manila, as well as the rest of Philippines will have fair weather with possible isolated rains.
