Kapamilya actress-dancer Maja Salvador reacted to the memes involving her in the controversy between Bea Alonzo, Gerald Anderson, and Julia Barretto.
The cheating allegations against Gerald and Julia started to create noise last weekend. Showbiz fans know that the girlfriend of the actor is Bea who shared a meaningful post amid the issue. That somehow ignited the speculations that the rumors are possibly true.
Behind the criticisms and the clarifications coming from Julia’s mom Marjorie Barretto, the world of social media continued to unravel more sweet photos of the Between Maybes stars. There were also several netizens and celebrities who showed support to Bea while slamming the other side.
At the time of writing, Gerald has not spoken about this but in a previous report, it was alleged that Dennis Padilla talked to him about this. Meanwhile, Julia appeared to be answering the comments that are thrown to her through her recent Instagram post.
Along with the cheating allegations, memes about this circulated on social media. There was a meme created which showed that Bea was on the program of Raffy Tulfo. Another popular meme that circulated involved the women that were previously linked to Gerald.
In the meme, the women were labeled according to the shampoo brand they are endorsing. Apparently, those female celebrities are endorsing different shampoo brands and the punchline is Gerald’s photo with “dandruff” label.
In line with this, Maja Salvador was asked to react. She was once linked to Gerald Anderson. During a recent interview with PEP, the actress said that she does not want to say anything and encourages people not to add fuel to the fire.
“Sana hayaan natin sila lahat mag-heal dahil hindi madali and may mga pinagdadaanan. So, wag na tayong sumabay, wag na nating gatungan,” she said. Maja added, “At the end of the day, lahat tayo ay tao, nasasaktan, at marami tayong mga bagay na kailangang asikasuhin na mas importante.”
