List of Areas w/c Declared Class Suspension on July 22
CLASS SUSPENSION – Here is a list of the areas that declared a suspension of classes this Monday, July 22.
Currently, it is only four(4) days left before the Duterte SONA 2019. It will be the fourth time that the President will give his State of the Nation Address – a big nationwide event.
The SONA is an opportunity for the President to address his concerns to the populace and as well as to report the accomplishments under his administration.
Also, the SONA can be the time for Pres. Duterte to lay down his future plans for the Philippines.
In line with the Duterte SONA 2019, some cities and municipalities may possibly announce a suspension of the classes in observance of the big event.
Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, Quezon City is one of the places that will implement a class suspension on Monday, July 22, for the 4th SONA of Pres. Duterte.
It was no other than Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte who ordered for the cancellation of classes on Monday.
Based on the report, the Quezon City Public Affairs Department said that the suspension of classes covers all levels in public and private schools in the city of Quezon.
As of this writing, there are still no further information with regards to other cities and municipalities.
