SLEEP PARALYSIS – a terrifying sleep disorder that temporarily disallows a person to speak or move during the state between waking up and falling asleep.

The condition is a situation wherein a person wakes up in the middle of the night but unable to speak or move for a few moments.

Most people who experienced this sleep disorder usually hallucinate of terrifying episodes that usually last for a couple of minutes.
