Here’s the answer of Jameson Blake to “bakla” issue against him
Hashtags member Jameson Blake answered the “bakla” issue against him which was prompted by the fact that he has no girlfriend.
It is quite common among male celebrities in the Philippine who are single to receive the tag “bakla”.
Even prominent personalities such as Piolo Pascual, Luis Manzano, and Alden Richards were not exempted from this kind of issue.
Based on the article published on the site of Philippine Entertainment Portal, Jameson Blake has been single for three years now. This stirred up the “bakla” issue against him.
There were speculations saying that perhaps the reason why he has no girlfriend is because he has a boyfriend. After all, this kind of thinking is not an unusual thing in showbiz.
When asked if he is bothered, Jameson answered, “Well, I don’t… so pag walang girlfriend, meaning baka may boyfriend din? I don’t know… I’ve been single for, like, two years and a half. Almost three years na.”
He added that it just happened that he is one of the people who is also picky when it comes to relationships.
“I’m not the person to prove myself who I am, so I know the truth about myself. I don’t need to explain,” the dancer-actor said.
He was also asked if he has certain standards when choosing a girlfriend. Jameson Blake answered that he does not set standards but he admitted that he is indeed choosy.
“Choosy ako. I mean, I’m not the guy who just like to see the good in everyone right away. Siyempre, for example, if I like a girl, I’d like to get to know her first. Hindi naman agad-agad mangyayari lahat,” he added.
Meanwhile, the Hashtags member denied that he courted Elisse Joson. On the other hand, based on the article, Jameson admitted that he and Elisse are really close.
