Still Unidentified Person Shot Policeman in Laguna
POLICEMAN – A still unidentified person shot a cop while he was driving his motorcycle in Laguna.
Undeniably, the alarming incidents continue to happen in the different areas across the globe. In the Philippines, there were a lot of unexpected and unfortunate scenarios that took place.
Some incidents have cost lives while others have put lives at risk. Recently, one heartbreaking incident happened in Laguna.
Based on a recent report on ABS-CBN News, a policeman was shot while he was driving his motorcycle along a national road in Laguna.
The victim was identified as Paete Municipal Police Station intelligence operative Staff Sgt. Dante Anavieza. The 40-year-old cop is a resident of Pagsanjan, Laguna.
Based on the report, Laguna Provincial Police Director Colonel Eleazar Mata expressed that Anavieza was driving his motorcycle when a riding-in-tandem went close to him.
The victim was shot and, unfortunately, he did not survive the incident. The police authorities are currently investigating the incident.
