Pinoy OFWs Trying To Buy Shoes in Kuwait Allegedly Humiliated by Adidas Representative
An Adidas representative allegedly degraded and discriminated the Filipino workers trying to buy shoes in Kuwait during the launch of new Yeezy sneakers.
A group of Pinoy Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) visited an Adidas store in Al Hamra, Kuwait during the launch of new Yeezy sneakers.
The six (6) Filipino workers arrived at the store around 6:00 am and they were the first to fall in line to purchase their desired shoes.
The customers were given a paper asking to write their names and their preferred sizes. Everything is fine until the store was about to open around 8:30 am.
The Adidas representative allegedly announced that the store will prioritize Kuwaitis above other nationalities. Kuwaiti customers rushed inside causing a chaos into the store.
One Filipino customer complained by saying “What about us?” but the store representative allegedly humiliated them.
An Arab lady courageously said that this is unfair and considered as racism but she was just neglected.
