And now, an open letter from famous comedienne Beverly Salviejo has surfaced and caught social media attention due to her on point views and statements regarding the statement of the singer on his post.
Firmly stressing, Salviejo, once and for all, lambasted the statements of the singer being so excited to see the biggest network close down for not thinking about the people on the lower positions who might lose their jobs in case this happens.
She wrote, “Don’t look at them as jobs… look at them as lives, and that every life there has got a family, old and/or sick parents, kids to send to school, mouths to feed, rents to pay, probably loans or mortgages to pay….etc.”
Accordingly, there are these “maliliit na tao” who dreams for change and striving hard to also escape poverty. She further quipped, “Pagkatapos heto ka’t excited na masarhan ang source ng kanilang kabuhayan? Napakataas mo na ba’t hindi mo na ramdam ang hirap ng mga nasa ibaba?”
