Latest Weather Updates in PH Released by PAGASA

The state weather bureau PAGASA released the latest weather updates in the Philippines for Saturday (May 25, 2019).

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported the current weather condition.

PAGASA Weather Specialist Gener Quitlong said that the Low-Pressure Area they are monitoring has already dissipated.

The frontal system would bring cloudy weather conditions with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over Eastern Visayas, Cagayan Valley Region, Bicol Region and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon.

The southwesterly surface windflow would bring cloudy skies over the entire Visayas region, Zamboanga Peninsula, the BARMM, and SOCCSKSARGEN.

The localized thunderstorms would also bring partly cloudy to cloudy condition over the rest of Mindanao.

Fair and warm weather conditions are expected over Metro Manila and the remaining parts of the country.

Meanwhile, the coastal water conditions over the Northern Luzon and in Aurora Province would be slight to moderate, according to the weather agency.
