PRC Advisory For Takers of CPA Board Exam May 2019
PRC – The Professional Regulation Commission released an advisory for the takers of the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Board Exam May 2019.
Every month, the board exams administered by the Professional Regulation Commission never fail to gather pool of examinees. It is by taking the board exam administered by the Commission that some professionals can get a license.
Among those people who can get a license under the Commission are the graduates of education, accountancy, engineering, nursing, and other courses.
The PRC is undeniably strict when it comes to administering the exams. It starts with a careful schedule for the application until the day of the exam. There is a also a proper dress code observed in taking the exam.
- For the male, wear a white plain polo shirt with collar and match it with slacks or decent pants. The shirt should not have a logo, a seal, or marks.
- For the female, wear a plain white blouse or polo shirt with a collar. It must have no marks, seal, or logo. Pair it with slacks or decent skirt
Among the PRC licensure exams set this month of May 2019 is the Certified Public Account or CPA Board Exam. Recently, the Commission released an advisory for the takers of the upcoming exam.
Based on an advisory posted on the official website of the PRC, the takers of CPA Board Exam May 2019 are reminded that the following are prohibited inside the premises of the exam venue and the rooms:
- Programmable calculators or those with embedded functions most especially the CASIO FX991ES and CASIO FX-991ES plus
- Review materials, books, and other printed materials
- Smart watches, mobile phones, ear plugs, bluetooth devices, portable computers, transmitters, and other electronic gadgets
- Pens and ball pens
- Bags
- Other examination materials not stated in the program
According to the Commission, only one(1) basic calculator and pencils will be allowed inside the examination room. There will be inspection of calculators on the exam day.
