Here is the Full List of Passers for Civil Engineering (CE) Board Exam Results in 2019
The complete list of CE board exam passers, top performing students and top performing schools will be posted on this website as soon as it’s officially released by the PRC.
The Civil Engineer Licensure Examination for this year 2019 was conducted by Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC) Board of Electronics Engineering. Headed by its Chairman, Engr. Praxedes P. Bernardo and its constituents: Engr. Pericles P. Dakay and Engr. Romeo A. Estañero
The first schedule of CE Board exam was administered on May 5 and 6 2019 at the following branches of PRC Testing Centers:
- Manila,
- Baguio,
- Cagayan de Oro,
- Cebu,
- Iloilo,
- Davao,
- Legazpi,
- Lucena,
- Pagadian,
- Tacloban,
- Tuguegarao and
- Zamboanga.
REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR CE PASSERS:
Since March 30, 2016, the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC) strictly implements the online registration system for all board passers. Requiring them to register online via an online application and registration system by PRC at http://online.prc.gov.ph/.
REQUIREMENTS:
CE Board Passers are required of the following for registration:
- Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- Passport-sized ID Photos in white background and with complete name tag (2 pieces)
- Documentary Stamps (2 sets)
- Short Brown Envelope (1 piece)
PRC also announced that CE Board passers should be personally present to register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The Civil Engineering (CE) Board Exam covers the following topics:
- Mathematics,
- Surveying and Transportation Engineering (Algebra, Plane and Spherical Trigonometry, Analytics, Descriptive and Solid Geometry, Differential and Integral Calculus, Highway and Railroad Surveying, Plane Topographic and Hydrographic Surveying, Advanced Surveying, Design and Construction of Highways and Railroads, Piers, Ports and Wharves) 35%
- Hydraulics and Geotechnical Engineering (Fluid Properties; Hydrostatic Pressures; Fluid Flow; Buoyancy and Flotation; Relative equilibrium of Liquids; Hydrodynamics; Water Supply Soil Properties; Soils Classification; Fluid Flow through Soil Mass; Stresses in Soil Mass; Soil Strength and Tests; Bearing Capacity; Compaction; Consolidation and Settlement; Lateral Earth Pressures; Slope Stability) 30%

RELEASE DATE:
PRC announced in its official Resolution No. 1127 series of 2018 that the release date of CE Board Exam Results for 2019 will be posted on May 10, 2019. That is four ‘working’ days after the last day of the examinations.
Furthermore, the ECE Board Exam results may be released earlier or later than the specified date without prior notice.
