The Videos Of The Hooded Narrator Could Be A Sabotage Tactic For The President’s Senatorial Bets
BIKOY VIDEOS – The claims made by Peter Joemel Advincula or Bikoy could be a part of a ruse to sabotage the chances of Pres. Duterte’s senatorial wagers.
If you have no idea who Bikoy is and if you haven’t seen his videos, you’re probably living under a rock. A four-episode video series “The True Narcolist” surfaced the internet a while ago revealing controversial information.
The hooded narrator in the viral videos, Alyas Bikoy, revealed his identity recently.
Surigao del Norte Rep. Robert Ace Barbers let out the allegations that he could be an instrument to sabotage the senatorial bets of President Duterte.
He insinuated that Bikoy’s reveal and appearance could be a planned tactic to bring down the chances of flourishing candidates.
Robert Ace Barbers stated this in his statement:
“The fact that Advincula surfaced exactly a week before the elections was obviously a move to discredit or weigh down the administration’s rampaging candidates, which in this case, was Bong Go.”
The chairperson of the House Committee on drugs likewise scrutinized Advincula’s thought process in offering himself to a Senate examination as opposed to setting off to the National Bureau of Investigation or NBI.
The chairperson said that it’s confusing that Bikoy, although he claims he have all the necessary proof yet he proclaimed his preparedness to testify before a senate hearing.

Barbers also questioned his motives in a statement:
“Surely, his allegations could be validated if he chooses to go to the NBI. Was his motive in offering himself to a Senate investigation a way to give audience to the opposition candidates?”
Also, he said that if Bikoy’s claims were true and profound, he could’ve brought it right to the court instead of putting it up on social media sites.
Barbers also revealed that Bikoy could also have availed the Depart Of Justice or DOJ’s Witness Protection Program if all his claims were true.
