Spray Plane Carrying 25-Year-Old Man Crashed in Davao del Norte Today
SPRAY PLANE – A spray plane operated by a 25-year-old pilot crashed in Davao del Norte today, April 27, 2019.
Due to the intense heat now that it is summer season in the Philippines, some farm owners may consider aerial spraying on their crops. This is usually done in huge plantations of fruits and vegetables.
One of the plantations in the Philippines that consider aerial spraying is a plantation of banana in Panabo City, Davao del Norte.
However, recently, a sad report related to the pursuit of watering the plants by means of aerial spraying crossed the surface.
Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, a spray plane crashed in Davao del Norte today, April 27, 2019. It was operated by a young man identified as Jessie Kevin Lagapa.
The 25-year-old pilot of the plane reportedly conducted aerial spraying in the plantation of banana from Barangay Kasilak in Panabo City when the unexpected incident transpired.
According to the report, the spray plane driven by Lagapa fell in Purok 1, Barangay Mangalcal in Carmen, Davao del Norte. Specifically, the plane fell on a farm of a certain Alodia Omega.
Lagapa was rushed to Carmen District Hospital but he did not survive the incident. He was declared dead on arrival.
Currently, the authorities are still investigating the accident that led to the death of a 25-year-old man.
