SUMMER 2019 – Here are some tips to stay hydrated this summer 2019 in the Philippines.

Another best way to overcome the summer heat is to always keep dehydrated. There are four kinds of water to choose from: purified, mineral, distilled and alkaline.

The Alkaline water can help lessen the acidity in the human’s body. So it’s very helpful for people who love acidic drinks.

Based on a report from Inquirer, adult females should drink 2.21 liters per day while the male should drink 3 liters per day.

It is suggested to bring bottled water everywhere you go and avoid using single-use bottles.

According to the report, avoid drinking sugary drinks like sodas, mango shakes or coffee. If you can’t resist yourself, make sure to match it with water.

Aside from that, be conscious of the color of your urines. If Its light yellow then you’re good and if it is dark yellow, it means you’re dehydrated.
