Netizens Shares Videos, Photos of Luzon Earthquake in Social Media
LUZON EARTHQUAKE – Several netizens shared their videos and photos of the Luzon earthquake.
On April 22, a powerful earthquake with a magnitude of 6.1 rock Metro Manila and some parts of Luzon.
Several people were reportedly injured while at least eight people were ‘killed’ in the earthquake.
Based on a report from CNN, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHILVOLCS) said the center of the strong earthquake was in Castillejos, Zambales. The agency recorded 52 aftershocks.
The earthquake resulted damages in some buildings, and power outage. Flights in Clark International Airport were cancelled and some classes.
The devastating incident was caught on camera by some netizens. It shows how strong the earthquake was in Luzon.

It can be seen that the swaying and he thought the building might collapse in any second.
A netizen named Gizelle Galang Puno shared some photos of the damaged arc in Pampanga Boundary.
It can be seen on the photos that the huge cement from the arc was blocking the high way.
A netizen named Michael Rivo recorded on his phone how the water from the swimming pool in a penthouse splashed because of the earthquake.
The netizen’s video went viral on social media. As of this writing the video garnered 36K reactions, 23 thousand comment and 132 thousand shares on Facebook.
