MANILA SNATCHING INCIDENT – A snatching incident in Estrada cor. Leon Guinto St., Manila was caught on a dashcam video.
In the video posted by Manila Bulletin, a few moments ago, a young lady can be seen chasing after a guy in black who seems to have taken her purse.
