Garcia posted the video hoping that it could reach the Raffy Tulfo and the relatives of the sick Pinay OFW.
In the video, it can be seen that the Sick Pinay OFW is currently admitted and tied to her bed at Kota Kinabalu in Sabah, Malaysia.
