Koronadal PNP Chief Fired For Drinking, Gambling Inside Police Station
PNP CHIEF – Koronadal PNP Chief got fired for drinking and gambling inside the police station.
Previously, Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte ordered that the Philippine National Police (PNP) were prohibited to drink liquors in all public places. These places include night clubs and bars.

Now, a chief of police in Koronadal was fired after a video of him along with other police seen drinking and gambling inside the police station.
Based on a report from ABS-CBN, Police Regional Office 12 Lt. Col. Aldrin Gonzales said Lt. Col. Kirby Bajo was fired on Wednesday, April 3.
“Nanghuhuli tayo ng nag-inuman sa labas, nanghuli tayo ng nagasugal, doon din pala nangyayari sa police station, ‘yun yung delicadeza doon,” said Gonzales.
According to the report, former police chief Kirby Bajo is currently at the Provincial Personnel Holding and Accounting Unit in South Cotabato.
Bajo admitted that they were drinking and playing cards inside the station. He explained that they were just having a good time.
However, Lt. Col. Aldrin Gonzales just brushed off the explanation of the PNP chief.
“Hindi puwedeng gawing rason ‘yung konting kasiyahan kasi nga in relation doon sa utos ng ating pangulo and utos na rin ng ating chief PNP na bawal na bawal na mag-inom sa pampublikong painuman ano or lugar, how much more doon sa police station?”
