Vengano said that Anthony Suday was the first-ever Mangyan to graduate college at Northern Iloilo Polytechnic State College (NIPSC) – Batad Campus.

The graduation ceremony was just held at the Northern Iloilo Polytechnic State College – Estancia Campus.

Suday earned a degree in Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and proudly boast his culture and tradition as “Mangyan”.
