The doctor said to make sure the air conditioner is clean when staying in an air-conditioned room.
“May high risk na mag-spread ng infection kasi may mga bacteria na nagta-thrive doon sa aircon na nag-ca-cause ng mga typical pneumonia,” she said.
Moreover, staying long hours in a cold room is not advisable because it could bring harm to the person’s health.
“Talagang makakasama lalo na kung sa mga taong may hika, and yung kaninlang trigger na hika nila ay yung extremes of temperatures.”
