A female teacher diagnosed with cancer was still reporting to teach in school to finance her daily expenses and medication.

A public school teacher named Terese G. Tandoc who is a single woman has been diagnosed with breast cancer last 2018.

Teacher Teresa had undergone a breast operation, four cycles of treatment, and 12 cycles of chemotherapy with the help of her family, friends, church, and the Philippine Cancer Society.

Tandoc’s doctor advised her to undergo 18 cycles of Herceptin, a branded chemo drug amounting nearly P96,000 per session.

Unfortunately, Teresa could not afford the expensive treatment so she went to different foundations for help but still not enough to reach the amount.

The teacher was still working despite her health condition to finance her daily expenses since all her funds were dispensed due to past medical expenses and family needs.

As of now, Teacher Teresa strongly believe that nothing is impossible with God and continue to strengthen her faith.

The Facebook user named Maureen Calubaquib who posted Tandoc’s condition was also asking a little financial help for the cancer patient.
