Video of Drowning Incident in Boracay Shared by Concerned Netizen
A concerned netizen has shared the video footage of a drowning incident happened at the popular tourist destination ‘Boracay’.
Nowadays, Filipino people love to visit different tourist spots and beaches in the country, especially that summer is coming.
The warmer weather or dry season has already started and makes people visit relaxing places even for a while.
Boracay is one of the most popular tourist spots in the country visited by both Filipinos and foreign nationals.
Recently, a Facebook user named JP Liwag Kabigting has shared the video footage of a male tourist who drowned in the famous island.
Kabigting narrated that the victim together with his colleagues was enjoying riding a paddle board when the incident happened.
JP also shared that they were able to bring the victim to the shore but no lifeguard is available during that time.
Luckily, a lady tourist arrived and performed CPR trying to save the victim who drowned in the ocean.

“This happened around 5pm in boracay.
Nagpapaddleboard lang sila ng mga kasama nya sa likod namin habang naglalangoy kami. Apat sila na mukhang magpapartners. Nagtatawanan pa sila at masayang nagpapaddle ngunit maya maya biglang may narinig kami na sumisigaw ng help. Nalunod na pala itong kasama nila. Buti nalang malapit lang kami sa kanila kaya nakuha namin sya kagad at nadala sa shore. Ayon sa kaibigan nya, tumalon daw sa board at tumama ang ulo nito kaya nawalan ng malay at nalunod. Pagdating namin sa shore walang lifeguard na available. Buti nalang dumating si ate na marunong magCPR kung hindi baka kung napano na to.
