• Two(2) Philippine Valid IDs
• Control Number or Tracking Number (The sender should send a copy of the tracking number to the receiver.)
• Name of the Sender
• Expected Amount

Bring the requirements when you go to the LBC Express branch and ask for a copy of the Encashment Form. Provide the necessary information asked in the form.

Submit the duly-accomplished form to the LBC personnel together with your valid IDs. Wait for your name to be called and for the money to be given. You will have to sign on a slip indicating you received the money.
