List of China Bank Requirements in Applying for Credit Card
CHINA BANK REQUIREMENTS CREDIT CARD – Here is a list of the requirements needed in the application for a credit card to China Bank.
One of the banks that offers credit cards to the public is the China Bank. It offers three(3) kinds of credit cards – the China Bank Prime Mastercard, the China Bank Platinum Mastercard, and the China Bank World Mastercard.
In applying for the credit card, an applicant must comply with the requirements needed including the duly-accomplished application form. On its official website, the page has listed the requirements.
Here is a list of China Bank requirements for credit card application:
- Fully accomplished and signed China Bank Mastercard application form.
- Proof of Identification (at least one Valid Photo Bearing Government issued ID)
- Proof of Income (e.g., latest Income Tax Return, latest 3 months’ salary payslip, certificate of employment, business registration)
- Valid credit card/s with tenure of one year and issued in the Philippines
- For Non-Immigrants and Embassy employees, aside from requirement above the following document should also be submitted.
- Photocopy of unexpired passport or visa
- Alien Certificate of Registration/I-Card (ACR/ICR)
The Mastercard application form can be obtained from any China Bank branch or it can also be downloaded online. According to the bank, no part of the form should be left blank.
In cases wherein a question is not applicable, the applicants are requested to write “N/A”.
Submit your duly-accomplished Mastercard application form together with the China Bank requirements for credit card application to any branch of China Bank.
