Rape Charges Filed Against Catholic Priest For Allegedly Molesting Young Lady
Another Catholic priest is now facing rape charges after molesting a lady teenager who was allegedly serving as ‘Altar Girl’ in Church.
Rev. Armand Garcia voluntarily surrendered to the authorities due to the rape charges filed against him by a female teenager.
The 49-year-old priest allegedly raped a young woman and even filmed the crime he committed in Philadelphia.
William Brennan, the lawyer of the Rev. Garcia confirmed the crime committed by his client in molesting a young lady.
The molestation incident allegedly happened last August 2014, according to the court documents.
The female complainant believed to be an altar girl accused Garcia of sexually abusing her in 2017 after the priest was transferred in another parish church.
The accused priest was serving as regional representative for the National Association of Filipino Priests.
Garcia was scheduled to attend the preliminary hearing on March 14, 2019.
