PIA WURTZBACH INTERVIEW – The Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach interviews the Captain Marvel star and Oscar winner Brie Larson.
“I’m nervous, excited, a little bit of everything but I can’t wait to meet her.” That’s what the 3rd Pinay Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach has said in the video before interviewing and finally meeting the Captain Marvel star and Oscar winner Brie Larson.
Larson shared that being a part of the Marvel family and being the most powerful in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is surreal. She said, “It’s really surreal. It still hasn’t hit me yet. I just care so much about female representation and showing female complexity on screen, and I was just honored to be considered for this role and to be joining a huge family.”
Brie Larson had to go through intensive training and work out for the film and one of the biggest moments she had was when she pushed a jeepney for 60 seconds.
She said, “That was like a big moment for me. I mean I didn’t know how to do a push-up before this. And by the end of this, I was able to do weighted push-ups, pull-ups… things that I never thought I would be able to do in my life.”

And as a message for her Filipino fans, Larson said, “I can’t wait for you to catch Marvel Studio’s Captain Marvel in cinemas. And to all of the ladies out there, Happy International Women’s Month.”
The whole interview for Pia Wurtzbach was still like a dream. She shared how cool and gorgeous Larson is. She can’t even believe that it just happened.
