List of Landbank Credit Card Requirements Applicants Should Prepare
LANDBANK CREDIT CARD REQUIREMENTS – Here is a list of the requirements that applicants of a credit card to the Land Bank of the Philippines should prepare.
One of the banks in the Philippines that offer credit cards is the Land Bank of the Philippines. It offers two types of credit cards – the Classic International credit card and the Gold International credit card.
For a person to be eligible to apply for a credit card, he or she must be of legal age and has a stable income.
Applicants of the Classic International should have an income of Php 240,000.00 annually while applicants of Gold International should earn not less than Php 400,000.00 every year.
There are Landbank credit card requirements for application. Here is a list of what applicants should prepare in applying for a credit card:
- Duly filled out Credit Card Application Form
- Latest 1×1 ID picture
- For Employed Applicants:
- Latest Income Tax Return (ITR)
- Certification of Employment with
complete breakdown of salaries and remunerations - Payslips for the last three (3) months
- Valid ID (with photo and signature)
- Proof of Billing Address
- ACR or I-Card
- Latest Income Tax Return (ITR)
- For Businessmen/Self-Employed Applicants
- Registration papers with
Department of Trade and Industry or Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) - Latest Audited Financial Statements and ITR
- Valid ID (with photo and signature)
- Proof of Billing Address
- ACR or I-Card
- Registration papers with
- For Corporate Card Applicants
- Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws with related Certificate of Registration issued by SEC
- Audited Financial Statements and ITR for the last three (3) years
- Board Resolution or Secretary’s Certificate authorizing the following: The application for membership; Issuance of the LANDBANK Visa Card to such authorized personnel; and the designation of an officer of the company to sign for and in behalf of the company
- For Government Corporations: Charter or Law creating the government corporation/office/agency; or Executive Order creating the government entity
- Auto-debit Arrangement
- Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws with related Certificate of Registration issued by SEC
