DAYANARA TORRES CANCER UPDATE – Miss Universe 1993 Dayanara Torres reveals her current health condition regarding her skin cancer.
The Puerto Rican beauty very close to the hearts of the Pinoys is the Miss Universe 1993 Dayanara Torres. With her bond and charm to the Filipino people, numerous from her Pinoy fans was saddened when she shared that she is battling skin cancer.
For a long time, she stayed in the country to build and pursue her show business career and she never failed. She is famous for her film with Aga Muhlach entitled “Basta’s Kasama Kita” and her distinct appearances and performances in ASAP being one of the pilot hosts.
And just recently, after a series of tests over the mole or the big spot she has never paid attention to before, she has shared that she has skin cancer. She said based on previous report, “Now we are waiting to see which treatment I will be receiving but they have already removed a big area from the back of my knee & also they have removed 2 lymph nodes at the top of my leg where it had already spread. Hoping it has not spread to any more areas or organs.”
Now, in an Instagram post, the Miss Universe former queen was happy to disclose that the cancer cells are not spreading and has not reached any of her organs. She also expressed her gratitude to those who prayed for her betterment and recovery amid this tough times of her life.
In an Instagram post, Dayanara shared, “Im so Happy to give you some good news… last week’s tests show that my cancer is not spreading & is not reaching any of my organs!!! Tomorrow, Friday I start my first radiation [radiation symbol emoji] treatment. I might get a bit weak & some muscular pains but I’m asking you… [praying emoji] Keep Praying, keep having me in your Prayers.”
