Bus CCTV Shows “Person of Interest” in Death of Randy Malayao

RANDY MALAYAO – The “person of interest” in the death of Randy Malayao was spotted in a CCTV of a bus.

Recently, a peace consultant of the National Democratic Front of the Philippines (NDFP), Randy Malayao, died following an attack while he was aboard a bus in Nueva Vizcaya.

At around 2:00 o’clock in the morning last January 30, 2019, the NDFP peace consultant was shot by a suspect when the bus stopped in Aritao Town. The suspect managed to escape from the area by riding a motorcycle of an accomplice.

Previously, the facial composites of the suspects in Malayao’s death were released by the authorities. The investigation is still ongoing and a CCTV footage of the bus was recently retrieved.

Based on a social media post of television reporter Maan Macapagal, the bus CCTV showed the “person of interest” in the death of NDFP peace consultant Randy Malayao.

Philippine National Police (PNP) Cagayan Valley Regional Director C/Supt. Jose Mario Espino expressed that it seems that someone is already monitoring the late NDFP peace consultant even before he left Manila.

One man who is now tagged as the person of interest in the death case of Malayao was spotted by the bus CCTV seemingly confirming if the NDFP peace consultant has really boarded the bus.

As of this writing, there are still no updates or further information on the man tagged as a person of interest in the death of Malayao.
