Aljur Abrenica is not encouraging Kylie Padilla to transfer to ABS-CBN
Kapuso actress Kylie Padilla revealed the reason why her husband Aljur Abrenica does not want her to be a Kapamilya.
Kylie and Aljur, who got married last December 2018, were both Kapuso stars before. However, the actor transferred to ABS-CBN while the actress remained in GMA.
The daughter of Robin Padilla took a break from showbiz when she got pregnant back in February 2017. She was doing the remake of Encantadia during that time.
After giving birth to her baby Alas, Kylie started to bounce back to showbiz one step at a time.
From guesting and short appearances in various GMA shows, the actress is now playing a lead role in TODA One I Love with Ruru Madrid.
She recently shared that she got punched accidentally on the face while shooting for the political romantic-comedy series.
Nevertheless, this is a great kick start for her come back in show business while Aljur is set to star in Kapamilya’s SanDugo with Ejay Falcon and Elisse Joson.
Though her husband is now a Kapamilya, Kylie Padilla remains a solid Kapuso.
She revealed that Aljur never encouraged her to transfer to ABS-CBN, based on PEP’s report.

“What he said to me, ‘Alam mo, sa ngayon you have a place there sa GMA. So gawin mo na lang yung best mo.’ Hindi naman sa makabawi. Ang pangit ng bawi… Pero ipakita mo sa kanila na you’re ready to work again,” Kylie Padilla said.
