TAWAG NG TANGHALAN – The Tawag ng Tanghalan January 28 winner is the daily contender from Mindanao, Shaina Mae Allaga, on her first win.
The daily contenders for today, January 28, are:

- Jered Arcelon (Luzon)
- Shaina Mae Allaga (Mindanao)
With an average score of 94%, the one who was hailed as today’s daily winner is the contender from Mindanao, Shaina Mae Allaga. She will be facing the defending champion Kim Nemenzo from Visayas.
The daily winner and the defending champion vied for the title and the “golden mikropono” during the Tapatan or the final round of the competition. At the end of their performance, the winner is finally announced and with an average score of 95.6%, the defending champion for today is Shaina Mae Allaga of Mindanao.
