Karen Gallman got another special award in 47th Miss Intercontinental
Miss Intercontinental Philippines Karen Gallman bagged another special award during the recently concluded preliminary swimsuit and evening gown competition.
Karen previously stated that she is hoping to win the crown in the 47th edition of the pageant.
Since the Philippines is the host country, she admitted that she can feel the pressure, however, she promised to do her best and to enjoy the contest.
Apparently, Karen is doing her best indeed. Previously, she won two special awards during the press presentation.
The Filipina beauty queen garnered the Standout Beauty award from H&H and the Media Favorite award.
During the Miss Intercontinental preliminary gown and swimsuit competitions, Karen Gallman also received a special award.
80 lovely candidates from around the globe showcased their stunning gowns designed by Filipino couturiers. Then, the swimsuit competition followed.
Based on the report from GMA, Karen Gallman won the Body Beautiful award.
Meanwhile, the candidate from Belarus, Chernoshej Karolina, was recognized for her best performance during the evening gown competition.
Gabriela Soley from Paraguay also received an award, the Best in Swimsuit. Aside from this, Miss Paraguay got a sponsored award as well during an event in Batangas.
Based on the report, the candidates are set to go back to the Grand Ballroom of Okada on Thursday for another evening gown competition.
The finals night of the 47th edition of Miss Intercontinental will be held at the Mall of Asia Arena on January 26, 2019.
