Miss PH Karen Gallman bagged 2 special awards in Miss Intercontinental
Miss Intercontinental Philippines Karen Gallman bagged two special awards during the press presentation at Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila just recently.
Karen caught the attention of many with her white modern Filipiniana cocktail dress with plunging neckline.
She has also seized the moment with her attention-grabber catwalk. Because of that, she was able to garner two special awards during the said event.
Based on the report published from Bandera, Karen Gallman got the Standout Beauty award from H&H and the Media Favorite award.
The latter came from the choice of the members of the media who were there during the press presentation.
Following the success of Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray, Karen also hopes to get the Miss Intercontinental crown for the Philippines.
Based on the report, pageant enthusiasts are predicting that the Filipina beauty queen has a great chance to win the competition.
Aside from her innate beauty and wit, Karen is also a Fil-Australian just like Catriona. Many also noticed that she has a great resemblance with international model Kendall Jenner.
Karen admitted that since the pageant will be held in the Philippines, she felt pressured. This is aside from the fact that her fellow candidates are lovely and smart.
However, she said that she will do her best as she enjoys the competition, based on the report.
“But I just want to enjoy it, every moment of it. And try my best as well to win the crown. With Miss Intercontinental 2018 being held in my nation, it makes me very proud because not only I will have my country supporting me there on stage every minute, but because it gives everyone on the outside the chance to see our amazing country,” the Miss Intercontinental Philippines said.
The pageant is set to happen at Mall of Asia Arena, Pasay City on January 26, 2019.
